                     Noah Kooiman
The girls and parents of Arsenal G97 are extremely proud to have Noah Kooiman as our coach.  His unique ability to teach the game, motivate his players and all the while keep the game fun for everybody involved is a rare commodity.  We look forward to many more seasons with Noah.

Noah played in college for Cal State Fullerton and then went on to play professionally for the LA Cobras and LA Salsa.  Fortunately for us, his legendary “Dutch Touch” paved his way into coaching the game.  Noah has been coaching at the club and/or collegiate level for over 20 years.  He is currently the head coach of the Cal State San Bernardino men’s team as well as Arsenal’s G97 FC team and G97 White team.

As a collegiate coach he was recently named by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America as the nation’s 2010 NCAA Division II Coach of the Year.  This prestigious award came on the heels of being the 2009 NSCAA Far West Region’s Division II Coach of the Year.

Noah has been equally successful as a coach at the club level.  He has guided his teams to a US Club National Championship, 4 USYS Far West Regional Championships, 5 Cal South National Cup Championships, 2 Cal South State Cup Championships and a whole bunch of League Cup and League Championships.
